Love the look of the Clarks but honestly, can anyone, ANYONE, explain why size 10.5 is not made by Clarks (or many other shoe manufacturers)? That makes ZERO sense. Until I see a 10.5, I'm giving up on Clarks Wave, which is sad, as the styles seem perfect for my foot...IF they had fit!

I have wide feet, flat feet, and small bunions and I love FitFlop boots. I have 3 pairs, two of the tall mukluks (now discontinued I fear) and one pair of leather ankle boots. These are the only boots I can wear all day every day with no pain!

I just bought my first pair of Sorels and I'll never buy them again. After wearing them five times, they're tearing up my ankles. Sigh. Wish I'd bought the Baffins.

I bought the Baffin Charlee in late November, and fell in love. Great price for the grey on Amazon, too. They are EVERYTHING they are supposed to be: comfortable for those of us with hammertoes, fantastic support, waterproof, and the suede has remained beautiful after this very trying winter.
However: from the very beginning, the zipper has posed a problem that I wondered would come back to haunt me. Either the "baffle" on each boot gets in the way to somehow catch on the zipper (doable but irritating), or there are little threads from the suede that continue to catch on the zippers, so that each time you put on or take off, it is not a "simple" ZIP. I loved them so much that I decided not to return them...... which was a mistake. Finally the zipper, after the wear and tear of constantly 'fixing' them, has separated from the boot and the teeth are misaligning. Amazon Prime only accepts returns for 60 days. They have made an "exception" and will refund 80% of purchase price- wish I had gone with my gut and done something right away.
Now back where I started at the beginning of the winter: a boot that will withstand the snow for walking the dogs, etc- and still be cute!
